- Yes — free delivery is included with all qualifying hire items and is available island-wide across Mallorca, including Palma, Alcúdia, Pollença, Sóller, Magaluf, and all major resort areas. We also serve Menorca and Ibiza. There are no hidden delivery charges; what you see is what you pay. Free delivery applies to all mobility scooters, wheelchairs, and most standard hire items. For specialised or bulky equipment, or for orders below a minimum value, a delivery contribution may apply — contact us if you're unsure whether your booking qualifies.
- You can rent a mobility scooter by booking online through our website, calling one of our local offices, or arranging through your hotel or tour operator.
- All renters must provide a valid identification and the payment at the time of rental.
- Bookings can be cancelled with a full refund up to 24 hours before the rental start date. For cancellations within 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply.
- Yes, we offer full customer support during your rental.
- Yes, we can meet you on arrival at Palma Airport or deliver directly to the cruise ships. Airport and cruise ship delivery is available for mobility scooters, wheelchairs, and electric powerchairs. A minimum order value may apply for airport deliveries.
- For most equipment there is no minimum hire period. However, electric wheelchairs and powerchairs have a minimum rental period of 3 days. Contact us for details on long-term rental rates.
- We cover the whole island from our four regional offices. South Mallorca (Palma Nova, Santa Ponsa, Peguera, Camp de Mar, Portals, Palma, Arenal, Can Pastilla), North Mallorca (Alcudia, Pollensa), East Mallorca, and North East Mallorca (Cala Rajada). Free delivery is included across all areas.
- Yes, our services can be booked directly with us, or through your tour operator, hotel, or holiday apartment. We work with most major British tour operators including Thomson, Thomas Cook, Airtours, and First Choice, as well as specialist disability holiday companies like Enable Holidays.
- We can guarantee delivery anywhere on the island within a few hours of your call. With four offices covering the south, north, east, and north-east of Mallorca, we are always close to your accommodation.
