Every hire includes free delivery and collection, full damage insurance, and a fully serviced and sanitised scooter ready to use from the moment it arrives. Our English-speaking team is available Monday to Saturday, 9am to 8pm, and has been supporting British and European holidaymakers in Mallorca since 1994. - Our scooters range from €69.99 per week for the 3-wheel to €99.99 per week for the extra-large model, with day rates also available. All hire includes free delivery and collection to your hotel, villa, or apartment anywhere on the island — no extra charges.
- The 4-wheel is our most popular choice — stable, comfortable, and suits most users and most Mallorcan terrain. Choose the 3-wheel if you'll be navigating tight pedestrian areas or small shops. The folding model is the right pick if you want to put it in a hire car or coach for day trips to different parts of the island. The extra-large is built for heavier users where standard weight limits don't apply.
- We deliver directly to your hotel, villa, or apartment at a pre-agreed time. Our team brings the scooter fully charged, runs through the controls with you, and makes sure you're confident before leaving. At the end of your hire, we collect it from the same location — nothing for you to arrange.
- We recommend at least 48 hours before your arrival date, particularly during peak season (June to August) when availability is tightest. Booking before you fly is the safest approach. We do occasionally accommodate same-day requests but cannot guarantee it.
- Our scooters are designed for paved or compacted surfaces — resort pavements, seafront promenades, market squares, hotel lobbies. They handle gentle slopes without difficulty but are not designed for sand, loose gravel, or steep inclines. If you have specific terrain in mind, speak to us before booking and we can advise on the most suitable model.
- Call us and we'll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible. We cover all of Mallorca and aim to respond to breakdowns the same day. All our scooters are fully serviced before every hire, so problems are rare — but when they do happen, we sort it.
- Yes. All hire includes a damage waiver covering accidental damage during normal use. You are not liable for normal wear or mechanical faults. If something appears to have been clearly misused, we discuss it at the time of collection — but this genuinely rarely happens.
- Three days. Most guests hire for a week or more, but three days is the minimum we can accommodate. For shorter durations, contact us and we will do our best to help.
